Dr. Claire O'Sullivan joined Serenova Care in 2012 as a Memory Care Specialist and has since built one of the most respected memory care programs in the world. With a medical degree from Johns Hopkins and a research career spanning 16 years, she brings both clinical precision and profound human warmth to every program she leads.

Her work focuses on making memory care more humane, more evidence-based, and more accessible to ordinary families navigating one of the most emotionally overwhelming experiences of their lives. She has published four peer-reviewed papers on Alzheimer's progression and family education, and her care frameworks are now used across all 28 Serenova locations.
