
At Rincon Family Services, we partner with the CEDA (Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County) program to help individuals and families get the support they need to stay financially stable and meet basic needs.
CEDA is a local organization focused on helping people across Cook County access essential services. A big part of what we do is help community members apply for LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) and complete PIPP (Percentage of Income Payment Plan) recertifications so they can stay up to date with their benefits and keep their utilities on.
