About the CEDA Program

At Rincon Family Services, we partner with the CEDA(Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County) program to helpindividuals and families get the support they need to stay financially stableand meet basic needs.

CEDA is a local organization focused on helping peopleacross Cook County access essential services. A big part of what we do is helpcommunity members apply for LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program)and complete PIPP (Percentage of Income Payment Plan) recertifications so theycan stay up to date with their benefits and keep their utilities on.

• Our team is here to make the process as simple as possible. We can help you:
• Complete and submit LIHEAP applications for gasand electric bill assistance
• Complete PIPP recertification applications to continue receiving benefits
• Gather and organize required documents
• Understand eligibility requirements
• Answer questions about the application process
•  Connect you to additional resources if you need more support
