Rincon Family Services is pleased to announce its intent to apply for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers program to support after-school programs at the King Middle Grade School, John Kennedy Middle Grade School, Kankakee Jr. High School, and Kankakee High School.

The program’s purpose is to extend academic learning and enrichment activities to improve literacy and math achievement, attendance, and overall social, emotional and behavioral well-being. Families will be invited to participate. This application and possible funding will allow Rincon to provide a holistic approach to after school programming.
