Renewal Wellness Center

Renewal Wellness Center is a community-centered behavioral health initiative serving residents of West Town and Humboldt Park.

Developed as a program of Rincon Family Services, the center builds on more than 53 years of community service.

Providing comprehensive behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults in a welcoming and culturally responsive environment.

COMMUNITY VISION & FOUNDATION

The creation of Renewal Wellness Center is rooted in a community mandate to expand access to mental health services.

Through a historic vote, residents of West Town and Humboldt Park affirmed the importance of ensuring accessible behavioral health care within their neighborhoods

In July 2025, Rincon Family Services was awarded funding through the West Town–Humboldt Expanded Mental Health Services Program to advance this vision.

Renewal Wellness Center represents the realization of a community-driven commitment to accessible mental health care.

The name Renewal Wellness Center reflects the belief that individuals, families, and communities possess the ability to heal, transform, and begin again.

To provide compassionate, community-based behavioral health services that promote healing, resilience, and lifelong wellness.

To build communities where mental wellness is accessible to all, stigma is replaced with understanding, and individuals live with dignity and purpose.

Together, these elements symbolize how
healing begins within individuals and radiates outward to strengthen communities.

RENEWAL WELLNESS CENTER WILL SERVE AS A
COMMUNITY ANCHOR FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES IN WEST TOWN AND HUMBOLDT PARK.

The center will:

  • Support children, youth, and families
  • Promote culturally responsive care
  • Strengthen community resilience
  • Advance equitable access to care
